First launching 3 years ago in the UK and Netherlands, the network is now active in 14 territories within the Group. They work to ensure D&I is embedded within the framework of the business, by reviewing policies and procedures and seeking moments to educate and campaign for equality to make a global impact. ‘Pride’ is certainly the word, as Endemol Shine work to ensure LGBTQ+ staff are seen, supported and celebrated.
Each network function independently with an aligned focus on Equality, collaborating on charity and awareness campaigns to have a greater global impact.
On a local level, the UK has launched a Transitioning at Work Policy and work regularly with HR to ensure all policies are LGBTQ+ inclusive. They’ve previously focused on education and awareness surrounding transgender issues with internal panels and literature issued to all staff and will continue with their efforts to touch on issues pertinent to the LGBTQ+ community.
