Naomi is a fanatical football fan and plays for Charlton Invicta F.C. - the first LGBTQ+ & Ally team to be affiliated with a professional club in Charlton Athletic F.C. - she also sits on the Charlton Invicta Committee as Brand & Campaigns Lead. Naomi campaigns tirelessly to break down barriers in sport and society for the LGBTQ+ community and featured in the BBC1 documentary ‘The Trans Women Athlete Dispute with Martina Navratilova’

Sarah hosts The Sarah O’Connell Show on YouTube, featuring entertainment and celebrity interviews with actors, comedians and entertainers.
Sarah starred in a critically-acclaimed BBC Horizon documentary. She has been interviewed on BBC Breakfast, Cosmopolitan, MTV, and BBC radio to raise awareness and help educate about LGBT issues.
Sarah joined the InterMediaUK committee in November 2016. She’s also hosted the Transforming Cinema Film Festival twice, and events for ITV, NBC Universal, Endemol Shine, Warner Bros. Sarah’s been a judge in the grand final of the South Coast Comedian of the Year for 3 consecutive years.
Sarah has recently been nominated for the Positive Role Model Award for LGBT at the National Diversity Awards 2020.
ANTHONY CROCKER (he/him)

Anthony joined InterMediaUK in 2018 whilst establishing the Telegraph’s LGBT+ Group: Out Loud and is the former InterMediaUK Chair.
He’s worked at the Telegraph since June 2017. His background is in advertising and client servicing with a digital focus, having previously worked at Weve as part of O2’s ad solution since 2012.
He loves London’s live music and theatre scene and unwinds at the weekend by baking bread, snuggling on the sofa with his cat Buddy and taking long muddy walks in the country.

EndemolShine Group - Head of Corporate Communications
Rae Langford set up Endemol Shine Pride in 2017, rolling out the global LGBTQ+ network in 14 different countries (and counting), including the UK, US, Brazil, Italy, Poland, Mexico and more to collaborate on global and local issues for the community.
In her day job, Rae is Head of Corporate Communications for Endemol Shine Group, where she is responsible for enhancing and building the international reputation of the company both internally and externally. The company is behind global superbrands including MasterChef and Peaky Blinders and diverse range of scripted and non-scripted hits from around the world.
Rae is passionate about the Endemol Shine Pride network supporting charities such as The Outside Project and she volunteers at the Crisis charity shop in Dalston. Rae is an out lesbian and lives in east London with her sausage dog called Murphy.

He is also a commentator and campaigner, and partnerships officer for Outvertising, the UK advertising & marketing industry's LGBTQ+ advocacy group.

In May 2019, Claire was appointed Manager, Diversity & Inclusion, EMEA, influencing content, talent, and culture by developing, localising and implementing The Walt Disney Company’s D&I strategy in all lines of business and functions across 30+ markets in the region. She empowers colleagues to foster an inclusive business culture where ideas and decisions from all people are valued and help TWDC innovate, tell the best stories, and stay relevant in a rapidly changing world. Claire moved to London and joined the Walt Disney International team in 2018, managing the localisation of TWDC’s Enterprise D&I strategy around the globe.

After 20 years in Media at The Walt Disney Company, Fabrice was appointed in January 2020 as Finance Director for Unified Retail EMEA. He has served as Treasurer of Disney’s UK & Ireland PRIDE group since it was formed in 2016. Originally from France, he moved to the UK over 20 years ago, enjoys all things Disney, and likes spending his spare time hiking, drinking wine and traveling with his husband.
BBC Studios - Portfolio Partner in IT
Su is a Portfolio Partner in IT for BBC Studios technology., part of BBC Design and Engineering. In November 2019, Su became the Co-Chair of BBC Pride who are committed to raising the voices of the unrepresented LGBTQ groups within the BBC. With her Co-Chair, George Dixon they are deepening links with the other staff networks within the BBC. Shortly after Su joined Intermedia and gets involved where needed.
BBC Studios - Global Editorial Director
George has worked in channel management in roles at the BBC, Channel 4 and RTE. At BBC Studios, his current role includes maintaining the editorial integrity of their drama and factual channels, SVOD services and a range of the company’s businesses in the UK and beyond. Previously he was controller of channel management at Channel 4, leading editorial strategy for the portfolio including acquisitions. He started his career in BBC public service, eventually becoming head of scheduling and planning for the BBC’s domestic channels.
George established the BBC Studios LGBTQ+ group in 2018 and subsequently took up a role on the company’s diversity and inclusion council. He is co-chair of BBC Pride with Su Brown.

Jon manages editorial content across Sky Sports’ digital platforms, and leads the business’s team of sub-editors. He is also the founder and lead of network, advocacy and consultancy group Sports Media LGBT+. The group is raising awareness on LGBT+ inclusion in both the sports media industry and sport in general, from grassroots to elite level, and seeks to highlight and encourage powerful stories which inspire others, as well as lobbying for more responsible reporting and coverage for the benefit of all LGBT+ people. At Sky, Jon co-ordinates and contributes content in support of Stonewall's award-winning Rainbow Laces campaign, with Sky Sports a member of the TeamPride coalition of businesses and organisations. He is also the Sports Lead of LGBT+@Sky, the company’s network for LGBT+ people and allies.
Edelman - Head of HR Operations EMEA
Jonni is the former Chair of IMUK and has been hugely successful in championing LGBT issues and influencing business change. He was previously named in the OUTstanding LGBT+ Top 50 Future Leaders list and was a British LGBT Awards nominee in the Diversity Champions category, when he was co-chair of 4Pride, Channel 4's LGBT+ network.
Global - Senior Commercial Operations Manager & Co-Chair Pride@Global
Callum works in the Commercial Operations team at Global, the media & entertainment group and is one of the founding chairs of Pride@Global. Global entertains and reaches nearly 52 million people every week, across radio, on Global Player and outdoor. Callum’s experience in media has taken him to several UK & Australian radio companies before moving to London and starting at Global. Callum is currently a mentor at the Global Academy, Global’s University Technical College which teaches the practical skills necessary to succeed in the media, working with the Creative Mentoring Network; and he’s also previously been involved with Manchester Pride & Sydney Mardi Gras.

Kirsty is responsible for Public Affairs at Global, the media & entertainment group and is one of the founding chairs of Pride@Global. Across radio, on Global Player and outdoor, Global entertains and reaches nearly 52 million people every week. Prior to joining Global in 2014, she spent ten years at the Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport, working on a range of policy areas. She sings with the award winning acapella choir, The Noteables and plays football for the Women’s Parliamentary Football team, who have yet to win anything.
AMC Networks International UK - Corporate Travel Manager
Andy joined global TV broadcaster AMC Networks to deliver strategic enhancements to the corporate travel program for their International offices. As a member of AMCNI-UK’s LGBT+ ERG ‘Breaking Out’, a priority for 2020 is establishing equality through travel for employees, freelancers and talent, by sourcing and promoting preferred suppliers with values aligned to AMC’s. He also advocates this via membership of several travel industry bodies including entertainment/media buyer groups. He aims to use this as a platform for increased diversity and inclusion across all five of AMCNI’s business units plus US headquarters and multiple affiliates worldwide.

Erik works within global TV broadcaster AMC Networks’ UK division as a Promo Producer, delivering creative for the company’s channels here in the UK as well as in Africa, MENA and Poland. Alongside other members of AMCNI-UK’s LGBT+ ERG ‘Breaking Out’, he works to ensure that a welcoming, LGBT+-friendly culture is maintained within the company as well as strengthening their ties with Intermedia by contributing resources wherever possible.
AMC Networks International UK - Senior Presentation Scheduler & Chair of Breaking Out,
Paul started at AMC in 2015, still relatively new to the broadcast world and trying to find his place in the industry, but with a strong underlying eagerness to make a change. Flash forward a few years, and with his trademark bowl cut, he now chairs AMC's LGBT+ employee resource group, Breaking Out, with the goal to raise awareness of the community, create an inclusive workplace and challenge the societal norms. An advocate for equality across the board, his aim is to see every corner of the LGBT+ spectrum represented and accepted within the industry.
Mia has worked at Discovery for the past two years. Prior to this she worked for a number of years in film and tv drama production. At Discovery she sits on both the Pride LGBT+ Committee and the Women’s Network, where she is Global Collaborations Lead. She led the first Impact Day collaboration with Discovery and Gendered Intelligence, and was part of the team that organised the IntermediaUK UK Black Pride support in 2019, something she is looking forward to build on in 2020 and beyond. She is passionate about ensuring Discovery, and the media industry more broadly, are inclusive and accessible for all.

George joined Intermedia in 2019 when he was the chair of AMC Pride. Setting up the AMC Pride ERG was a real learning curve for him, allowing him to gain a wealth of experience and knowledge that he is now pleased to bring to Discovery. As one of the Co-Chairs of Discovery Pride, George champions LGBT+ voices both within the company, media business and the wider community, seeking new and creative ways to grow the Pride group network and promote LGBT+ Diversity. Hailing from West London, George’s TV career has seen him work with channels within Europe, Middle East, Africa and the United Kingdom.
Entertainment One - Senior Manager, Digital Rights and Operations and Co-Chair of eOne Pride UK
Sarah joined InterMediaUK in 2019 after launching and co-chairing eOne Pride at Entertainment One. With 20 years’ experience in the Entertainment Industry she has worked in Gaming, DVD Production and is now with the Digital Family and Brands team at Entertainment One. Sarah is a keen walker taking on various Ultra challenges such as the London to Brighton 100k. When she's not walking for hours, she likes to put her practical skills to the test and can generally be found up a ladder with power tools.

Jacob is co-chair of eOne Pride at Entertainment One and joined InterMediaUK in 2019. He has worked at Entertainment One for 10 years and is responsible for Film, TV, and Family & Brands content. Jacob is an amateur baker and cook who develops and writes his own recipes. He is also an enthusiastic walker and board games geek.
ITV - Non Linear Schedule Executive and Co-Chair ITV Pride
Stephen joined the InterMediaUK steering committee in December 2019 and is a Co-Chair of ITV Pride, ITV’s LGBT+ colleague network. With a background in project management and television scheduling, he is currently a member of the BritBox scheduling team. Stephen is passionate about people, culture and promoting positive mental health and as such is a Feel Good Champion and Mental Health First Aider within ITV. Originally from Ireland, Stephen enjoys travelling at every opportunity, having spent two years in Hong Kong. He is a regular participant of his local parkrun and enjoys exploring Yorkshire’s hiking trails and country pubs.
ViacomCBS - Senior Coordinator, Music & Media Licensing
Erik joined InterMediaUK in 2013 and is the co-chair of Emerge, the LGBT+ employee resource group for ViacomCBS. He has worked in Music & Media Licensing for MTV since 2008, and before that was in synch licensing for a music publisher in New York. Erik is also passionate about music and plays in several classical and jazz music groups.
Film and TV Charity - Head of Fundraising
Tom started his career in sales and distribution in film in Norway. He’s worked in the charity sector since 2007 starting out as managing corporate fundraising and major donor fundraising at LGBT charity Stonewall where he ended up as Head of Major Partnerships when he left in 2015. During his time there he specialised in income generation from a wide selection of for core funding and a variety of project specific fundraising. Since leaving Stonewall Tom has worked at a range of organisations including Albert Kennedy Trust, REDRUK as well as at Hospice UK. He’s now Head of Fundraising at the Film and TV Charity, which looks after the wellbeing of people working behind the scenes in the film and TV Industries.
DHARASH (DEE) KERAI
UKTV - Senior Compliance Advisor – Commissions
Dee Joined Intermedia in 2019, he is co-building the LGBTQIA+ at UKTV and wants to share his passion for Black, Asian, and Minority Ethnic representation. He was previously the co-chair for Sky’s Diversity and Inclusion group and now leads on on/off screen representation at UKTV.
In his day job, he complies all commissioned content from when it’s an idea to after the show has aired. He specialises in the ‘duty of care’ of contributors but generally gets to watch a lot of telly and swear like a trooper. Dee also loves to paint, cook, and crotchet, he’s known for being quite the crafty queen.

Sam has recently started his career in television after joining the Commissioning Team at UKTV in 2019. He later joined InterMedia at the beginning of the 2020 and is working to co-build the LBGTQIA+ Network within UKTV’s Diversity and Inclusion Team.
